The window for setting up the Spectrum Integration Tool is shown on Figure 1. This tool works essentially in the same way as the cross peak integrator: The spectrum field selects the spectrum to be analyzed. When Make Integration is pressed, all cross peaks located for the selected spectrum are analyzed. The w2 range, w1 range, and pct limit work as for the cross peak integrator. The Limit method can be set to use automatic calculation of the limits for all peaks, or only for those where the limits are not already stored in the cross peak catalog.
